A group of hikers in England found a trail of sizeable footprints that they suspect could have been left behind by Bigfoot. According to a local media report, the odd discovery was made this past Saturday in the coastal community of Torquay. The normally routine excursion for the exploration club took an eerie turn, leader Ziggy Austin explained, when "suddenly someone starts pointing down at the mud." The wondrous sight that caught their attention was a series of huge tracks that astounded the group.
"We all just said, 'oh my gosh, that is weird,'" he recalled, "it then all went a bit quiet, with us all looking at each other thinking what is going on and just starting down at these footprints." Understandably curious as to where the tracks could have come from, he followed the trail and determined that some creature had emerged from the nearby brush, walked approximately 65 feet along the path, and then ventured back into the woods. Researchers in Norway are searching a frozen lake for an apocryphal UFO that was said to have plunged into the water 77 years ago. According to a local media report, the legendary sighting occurred in the village of Roros back in 1947 when the town's mayor reported seeing an unidentified object plummet from the sky into Lake Djupsjoen. An eerie piece of footage from a baby monitor in England appears to show a ghostly arm reaching into a crib. The spooky scene was reportedly captured last Tuesday at the home of William Grave in the community of Sheffield. "This was the first night the baby monitor had been set up," he recalled, "as it was the first time my little one spent a night in his room alone." Upon checking the recording the following morning to ensure that his nine-month-old son Xander had gotten a good night's rest, the dutiful dad was stunned to see something rather unusual had seemingly visited the boy while he slept. "I saw an arm reaching into the cot," Graves marveled, "and it looked like it was going in to pick his dummy up."
What made the moment particularly intriguing is that it occurred shortly before 7 AM, while he and his wife did not enter the room until around 90 minutes later when the tot woke up for the day. "I must have annoyed my wife all day as I kept saying to her 'it must have been you,'" he said, however, that explanation was quickly dispelled when she noted that the ghostly arm was not wearing her Pandora bracelet. Noting that his mother passed away around the same time Xander was born, Graves mused that "it would be lovely to think it was my mum but I don't know who it is. I just know it is not me or my wife."
A remarkable series of photos taken by an Argentine woman shows what appears to be a classic flying saucer cruising through the sky. According to a local media report, the tantalizing images (seen in the video above and isolated below) were captured last Thursday morning by Rina Valle Juárez as she and her husband were driving to the community of San Pedro de Colalao. After snapping some pictures of sights along the highway, she recalled, "I saw a dark spot in the sky, and that's when I started photographing it thinking it was a blackbird." However, when she got a closer look at the curious object, she realized that it was some kind of "flying saucer."
Although her husband kept driving the car rather than stop to observe the oddity, he encouraged her to photograph it and Juárez managed to take several pictures of the puzzling object that was visible in the sky for around three minutes before it vanished from view. Looking back on the experience, the witness mused that she did not feel particularly scared by the sighting and nonchalantly chalked it up having seen something weird on the way to San Pedro de Colalao. However, when she later examined the photos, Juárez was astounded at their clarity and how one can distinctly see the saucer-shaped object in the photos, leaving little doubt as to what she had observed that day.
A remarkable air traffic control recording from Canada features multiple bewildered pilots reporting mysterious lights that would occasionally come together to form a triangle. The very strange case reportedly occurred on January 19th and unfolded over the course of several hours. The strangeness started when a pilot flying north of Winnipeg contacted ATC to ask if there was "any active military airspace" in the area and, upon being told there was not, she indicated that there were "lots of active bright lights in formation." As the controllers attempt to get to the bottom of the peculiar sighting, they soon hear from more witnesses seeing the weird lights from other aircraft.
"They're moving side-to-side and then going away from each other and then forming triangles," another pilot reported, while a third observer told a controller that "it's quite bizarre. There's around six of them just randomly in formation flying at a high altitude." A fourth witness subsequently chimed in with his account of the odd lights, musing that they were "definitely not satellites" and marveling that "it's unlike anything I've ever seen in the 15 years of night flying that I've done." Amazingly, another two pilots joined the conversation and revealed that they had previously seen similar illuminations in the past. "I haven't seen them tonight," one of the witnesses said, "but we've been seeing those lights for probably the last 18 months or so."
